Tami Middleton

Human Resources Director

Tami oversees a variety of tasks such as employee relations, exit interviews, recruitment, and intermittent FMLA.

She leads her team and is there to support where needed, especially when someone is taking time off.

Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with outreach programs.

Julie Richerson

Human Resources Manager – KCOI

For the hospital, Julie is responsible for the onboarding of our new employees, assisting with benefit-related questions and issues, and assisting our HR director as needed.

Outside of work, Julie likes to spend time with her husband and two grown children, read books, diamond paint, and travel.

Jodi Scholl

Human Resources Manager – KCOA

For the clinic, Jodi is responsible for the onboarding of our new employees, assisting department managers with recruiting, and assisting our HR director as needed.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband of 32 years, daughter, and rescue animals, watching the Chiefs, and riding ATVs.

Learning and Development Specialist

Jennifer coordinates new employee onboarding training and orientation, and she maintains connection with new hires as they continue growing into their roles.

She is our go-to for all things NetLearning.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, wearing flip flops, and anything Disney.

Lisa Murie

Credentialing Manager

Lisa is responsible for the privileging of new physicians and allied health.

She also maintains the reappointment of providers with our facility and their affiliations with outside organizations.

She is your point person for medical staff privileges.

When she is not working with the physicians, she enjoys the beach, baking French pastries, and traveling.

Jessyca Goza

Human Resources Coordinator

Jessyca supports the team with onboarding, recruiting, personnel file management, and a variety of administrative tasks. She is the primary point of contact for badge access and employee directory updates.

Outside of work, Jessyca is pursuing her MBA at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks and spending time with her boyfriend, her dog Sirius, and her cat Pepper, which she calls Pepperoni.
