Welcome to your Healthy Merits Wellness Program! The goal of Healthy Merits is to help you become healthier by establishing smart and easy habits to last a lifetime, versus setting temporary goals. All employees and spouses enrolled in the medical plan are eligible to participate.
Employees on the health plan will need to complete two gateway activities: MeasureUp, a biometric screening, and AgeGage, the online health assessment. This will count toward the point requirement for a reduced 2027 premium.
If you have a spouse on the medical plan, they can participate in the MeasureUp biometric screening and earn wellness incentives, too.
Note: to be eligible for the insurance discount, you must complete both the online health assessment and biometric screening.

First, you will need to log in or register on your website.
Employees on the health plan Use your Meritain Health® ID number on your insurance card as your unique ID.
Spouses on the health plan You will need to register after the employee. Select I am related to the Member. You’ll need to use the employee’s chosen registration email as the primary email.
Prefer to participate in the wellness program on your smartphone? Download the Healthy Merits app in the iOS App Store®, Google Play Store™ or scan the QR code below and create an account. You will need to use the company code KCOA or Kansascityortho during registration.
If you want to use labs from a primary care visit, you can request a physician screening form. Have this form filled out by your primary care provider (PCP) and returned back to the biometric screening vendor.
Complete the two wellness activities below to be eligible to earn wellness incentives.
